Based in Arosio, the company has been manufacturing specialized machinery for surface finishing and protection for over 50 years. Its origins in Brianza initially led it to focus on the wood and wood-based products sector, and later to apply the expertise and experience gained to the sectors of composite materials, metal, plastics, ceramics, and more. Its flagship machines are undoubtedly the roller buffing and polishing machines, which guarantee a glossy finish of the highest quality. In addition to polishing units, the company has introduced protective film application machines designed to mask or protect panels and other materials. Over the years, the demand for surface protection has grown steadily, leading to an ever-increasing range of applications for these products. Over the past two years, to better meet market needs, Viganò Mario srl has researched, designed, and produced “protective film application” machines that are best suitable for protecting small surfaces across multiple sectors. The first machine was developed for the food industry, specifically for protecting blades. A second sector of interest was the footwear industry. In fact, in 2024, a machine was designed and built to protect the leather soles of “prêt-à-porter ” (ready-to-wear) footwear in a single pass. In 2025, Viganò Mario srl, continuing its research into surface protection and responding to market needs, designed and manufactured a film application machine for profiles that is well-suited to multiple sectors: from construction to automotive to home automation, etc.
